Customer Agreement.

By booking our services, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Customer Agreement.

1. Services Provided: We agree to provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as outlined during the booking confirmation. Our services may include but are not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and bathroom/kitchen cleaning.

2. Access to Property: You agree to provide our team with access to the property at the scheduled or estimated time. If you have any specific instructions regarding access or security systems, please inform us in advance.  If our team cannot access the property you may be subject to a lockout fee (i.e. 100% of the cleaning fee). 

3. Preparation: You agree to clear clutter and personal items from the cleaning area. Our team will not move furniture or pick up items over 20lbs. Additional charges may apply if our team needs to allocate extra time for clutter removal or if cleaning tasks extend beyond the agreed-upon scope due to clutter-related delays.

4. Yard Sign Placement: You grant The Fancy Cleaning Company permission to place a small yard sign in your yard while our cleaning team is on the property. This serves as a form of advertisement for our services. If you have any concerns about the placement of the yard sign, please notify us in advance.

5. Use of Logo: You grant The Fancy Cleaning Company permission to feature your company logo in advertising materials, encompassing various platforms such as websites, flyers, and other promotional materials.

6. Payment: We accept checks, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Any additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges. 

7. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (i.e. 50% of the cleaning fee)

8. Liability: In the unlikely event of damage to property or belongings during the cleaning process, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to protect your property and assets. Please ensure valuable or fragile items are secured before our team arrives.

9. Pets: If you have pets on the premises, please secure them in a safe area away from our team to ensure their safety and our efficiency.

10. Feedback: Your feedback is important to us. Please let us know if you have any comments, concerns, or special requests regarding the cleaning services provided.

11. Non-Solicitation: You agree that during the term of this Agreement, and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason,  you shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, induce, recruit, or encourage any employee, consultant, or contractor of The Fancy Cleaning Company to leave their employment or engagement with The Fancy Cleaning Company for any reason. Furthermore, you agree not to hire or engage any employee, consultant, or contractor of The Fancy Cleaning Company for the purpose of providing services that are the same as or substantially similar to the services provided by The Fancy Cleaning Company, except through a direct agreement with The Fancy Cleaning Company..

You acknowledge and agree that any breach of this non-solicitation clause would cause significant and irreparable harm to The Fancy Cleaning Company, and therefore, in the event of a breach or threatened breach of this provision, The Fancy Cleaning Company shall be entitled to seek immediate injunctive relief, in addition to any other legal remedies available, without the necessity of posting a bond or proving actual damages.

12. Client Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment, and we will make every effort to address your concerns, including recleaning any necessary area, at no charge.
