Are same-day bookings available?

Yes, same-day bookings are available and are contingent on the day’s schedule. We recommend calling early for same-day bookings.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

No, we provide all cleaning supplies and materials. If you prefer a specific cleaning product, please leave them out with a note for the team.

Will I be assigned the same cleaners for recurring cleanings?

We make every effort to send the same cleaning team for each cleaning to maintain consistency. However, this is subject to staff availability. Regardless of which team members arrive, all are trained to provide the Fancy standard of high quality and service.

Is your company licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured ensuring that in the unlikely event of any mishap, your property and assets are protected.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No, you are not required to be home for the cleaning. Simply, provide us with access instructions if you will not be home.

How should I prepare my home for the cleaning?

Please clear clutter and personal items from the cleaning area. Our team will not move furniture or pick up items over 20 lbs.

What time will your team arrive?

We provide an arrival window at the time of booking. You will also receive reminder notifications about your appointment, when the team is on the way and information about your cleaning team.

Do you clean walls?

We will dry dust walls and clear any cobwebs. We do not clean walls beyond that as we do not want to damage any paint.

Are windows included in each cleaning?

No, windows are an add-on service.

What if I’m unsatisfied with my service?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will reclean any necessary areas at no charge.

Is it ok to tip the clean techs?

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that schedule changes happen. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hrs in advance of your appointment. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning price.
